At Humera's Ensemble, every garment is meticulously handcrafted and produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis. Each piece is created specifically for you after your order has been confirmed, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Returns & Exchanges

As all orders are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We also do not offer color exchanges, as each garment is individually produced according to the color selected at the time of purchase. We kindly request that you review your chosen color carefully before completing your order.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on made-to-order purchases.

However, if you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within the specified timeframe. Upon inspection and approval, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include an exchange for the defective item.
