Shipping Within India

We currently ship exclusively within India.

To ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, we partner with trusted and reputed courier service providers across the country. While delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, we strive to dispatch and deliver every order as efficiently as possible.

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Indian regulations.

As we currently deliver only within India, no additional import duties or customs charges will apply to your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Every Humera's Ensemble creation is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with exceptional attention to detail.

Please allow 6–10 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

During festive periods, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions, dispatch timelines may be extended by an additional 8–12 business days. If your order is affected by such delays, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone.

Order Delivery Guidelines

To help us resolve any shipping-related concerns quickly and fairly, we kindly request that you:

• Record an unboxing video while opening your package.
• Take clear photographs of the parcel and its contents.
• Ensure that these are captured within 48 hours of delivery.

If your parcel appears to be damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Instead:

• Record a video of the parcel.
• Take clear photographs showing its condition.
• Refuse the delivery.
• Email us your order number along with the supporting images and video so that we can promptly coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with a resolution.

Shipping Process

Once your order is successfully placed, it enters our production and quality assurance process.

After your garment has been carefully handcrafted, inspected, and securely packaged, it is handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners for shipment.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly through the courier partner's website.

Order Cancellation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or call our Customer Support team during business hours.

However, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, governmental actions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
